Emerson’s New Flushing Rings Streamline Maintenance & Ensure Accurate Differential Pressure Measurement
Pre-assembled Rosemount 319 flushing rings with integrated valves significantly reduce on-site installation hours

Emerson has introduced the redesigned Rosemount 319 flushing ring featuring an integrated valve construction. It delivers reliable differential pressure measurement performance and lowers long-term maintenance requirements for diverse differential pressure applications.
Available in conventional and compact configurations, the Rosemount 319 flushing ring establishes the connection between the process and sealing assemblies. Servicing diaphragm seals no longer requires disconnection from process flanges, streamlining maintenance procedures substantially. Both configurations are fully factory pre-assembled as a complete package, including the flushing ring, companion valves and connecting hardware. Field engineers are relieved from separate component procurement and on-site assembly work to accelerate equipment commissioning. Each unit undergoes factory leak testing and is ready for direct installation onto process vessels upon delivery. Post-installation, diaphragm seal maintenance can be executed more efficiently without compromising system safety. The solution also cuts spare parts inventory and removes administrative burdens associated with managing fragmented multi-supplier components.
